Cochlear Implant - speech processor replacement parts
Eligible Hearing Australia clients can obtain replacement parts for their cochlear implant speech processors by completing a request online below.
- Please note that magnets are not available via online support. If you would like to order a magnet, please contact your Implant clinic. It is important to use only the magnet strength recommended by your audiologist.
- Rechargeable batteries are expected to last at least 12 - 18 months each. If you need to replace your battery more often, please contact your cochlear implant clinic for advice.
